• Account & Profile Information: Name, business name, business address, email address, mobile number, and login credentials provided during registration.
• Business & Tax Identifiers: GSTIN, PAN, and constitution of business entered for invoice header generation and ledger configuration.
• Invoicing & Transactional Records: Customer details, item descriptions, HSN codes, invoice amounts, and tax rate values entered or imported into your account.
• Marketplace Reports: Monthly e-commerce sales and return summary sheets uploaded by the user from platforms such as Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, and Shopify.
• Payment & Billing Data: Transaction references, subscription plan tier, and payment timestamps. Credit card, debit card, and net banking numbers are processed directly and securely by our PCI-DSS certified payment gateway partner (Cashfree) and are never stored on BizSoKae servers.

3. Purpose of Processing & Use of Information

Your information is used strictly to deliver and improve our software utilities:

• To provide digital invoicing and automated computation of CGST, SGST, and IGST breakdowns.
• To parse uploaded e-commerce spreadsheets and format structured JSON files for your offline filing convenience.
• To manage your software subscription, process billings, and provide account notifications.
• To deliver technical support and respond to customer service tickets.
• To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements under the laws of India.

4. Data Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We may share information only with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform (e.g. cloud database hosting, payment gateways like Cashfree, and transactional email providers), strictly subject to confidentiality and data protection agreements.
