At BizSoKae Marketing and Engineering Services Private Limited (“BizSoKae”, “Company”), all subscription plans (including Invoice Only, GST Monthly, and GST Quarterly licenses) purchased via https://gst.bizsokae.com are delivered exclusively as digital, web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) licenses.

Upon successful payment authorization, the user receives instantaneous digital access to our secured database servers, cloud compute pipelines, official GST offline JSON generation engines, and tax reconciliation tools.

2. Instant Digital Service Delivery

BizSoKae does not sell or distribute physical boxed software, hardware tokens, or tangibly shipped items:

• Zero Delivery Latency: Software entitlements, premium tier limits, and offline export capabilities are activated instantly (within 0 to 60 seconds) upon payment gateway confirmation.
• Electronic Invoice & Tax Receipt: An official digital tax invoice containing all prescribed transaction details is issued and delivered immediately to your registered email account.
• Because digital access and computational infrastructure are fully allocated and delivered upon checkout, services are considered fully executed at the point of digital delivery.

3. Subscription Cancellation & Recall / Resume Policy

Users retain complete autonomy over their recurring subscriptions:

• Stop Future Renewals Anytime: You may cancel future automatic subscription renewals at any time directly through your dashboard settings or by notifying our support team at support@bizsokae.com.
• Access Retained for the Paid Term: Upon cancellation, your account remains active and accessible with all premium capabilities until the conclusion of your current paid billing period (monthly or quarterly).
• Recall & Resume Flexibility: If you cancel a subscription, your business profile, historical invoices, and customer masters are securely preserved. You may recall, resume, or reactivate your software license at any time without interruption.
• Zero Exit Penalties: BizSoKae does not impose any cancellation fees, penalty charges, or exit dues.

4. Non-Refundable SaaS Policy

Because BizSoKae delivers immediate cloud access, instant digital activation, compute infrastructure, and proprietary export utilities upon payment:

• Paid & Delivered: All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable once paid and delivered.
• No Pro-Rata Refunds: Cancellation of an active subscription prevents future recurring charges but does not entitle the user to a refund or pro-rated cash reimbursement for any unused days in the billing cycle.
• Voluntary Upgrades & Plan Switches: When upgrading or adjusting billing frequencies, payments already made for active periods are credited toward your service tenure or retained as active cloud compute credits.

5. Payment Gateway Exceptions (Duplicate Transactions)

In rare instances where a technical network glitch or payment gateway error occurs during checkout:

• Duplicate Charges: If your bank account or card is debited more than once for the same subscription order due to a gateway timeout or double submission, the duplicate charge will be verified and reversed.
• Reversal Timeline: Verified duplicate debits are refunded through the original payment processor to the source account (UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking) within 5 to 7 business days, subject to the cardholder’s issuing bank standard turnaround times.
